The People Place Church

About this church

The People Place Church is a Gadsden congregation launched January 1, 2021, with a vision of reaching, reconciling, and rallying people to God. Its welcome focuses on Jesus rather than clothing, background, shame, or condemnation. People Groups, children, youth, worship, service, and leadership development are designed to make biblical faith practical and relational for adults and families.

Sunday worship begins at 10:00 a.m. TPPC Kids serves kindergarten through fifth grade with secure check-in and trained, background-checked volunteers, but the program does not necessarily operate every Sunday. When it is not in session, children worship with the congregation; activity books and seating near exits and bathrooms are available for families with children age five and younger. Middle- and high-school students gather on the fourth Sunday of each month from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at 853 Walnut Street, which is a separate scheduled youth location and should not be mistaken for the main Sunday service address. Students otherwise worship with the church or serve on trained ministry teams. Families should check the current calendar for Kids dates, while youth households should confirm the fourth-Sunday gathering before driving to Walnut Street.
