St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church is a large Avondale parish and school serving the western Phoenix suburbs. In 2023 it celebrated one hundred years as a Catholic worshiping community. More than 9,000 registered families, a kindergarten-through-eighth-grade school with over 500 students, religious education, sacramental preparation, youth, adult formation, liturgical ministry, and outreach make it a substantial regional Catholic campus.

Weekend Mass is celebrated Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday at 7:00, 8:30, 10:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m. Daily Mass begins Monday through Saturday at 8:00 a.m., with an additional Wednesday Mass at 6:00 p.m. Adoration runs Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 to 7:00, Wednesday from 1:00 to 5:30, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Confession is offered Tuesday from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday from 7:00 to 7:45 a.m., and Saturday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. The homepage also lists office and campus hours that should not be mistaken for additional liturgies.
