About this church

Praise and Worship Center is a Chandler nondenominational congregation organized around connecting, growing, and serving. Sunday worship, Bible study, children, men, women, marriage enrichment, grief support, prayer, and a substantial school-food partnership give the church both spiritual and community-facing roles. Volunteers pack more than 1,500 weekend-food backpacks for local students each Wednesday in cooperation with Matthew’s Crossing Food Bank.

Sunday Bible study meets from 8:45 to 9:30 a.m., and PWC Kids serves ages four through fifth grade at 9:30 in Building 4:12. Children study the same Gospel reading proclaimed in adult worship and return during the Lord’s Prayer. Main worship starts at 10:00 and is also available through Facebook. Wednesday classes run from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.; backpack volunteers work Wednesday from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Men and women meet separately on the first and third Saturdays at 9:00. Other care ministries follow monthly patterns: marriage enrichment meets the first Friday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., and grief support the first Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00. Because those monthly programs can shift around holidays, the current events page should be checked. Parents should note that Kids begins thirty minutes before main worship rather than at the 10:00 service start.
