First Baptist Church

About this church

First Baptist Church Arkadelphia begins Sunday Bible study at 9:15 a.m. and worship at 10:30. Wednesday dinner and fellowship start at 5:00 p.m. The congregation's mission is to glorify God by knowing and following Jesus Christ and teaching others to do the same. A livestream and sermon archive let visitors hear current teaching, while the newcomer page introduces leadership and the shape of a Sunday morning.

The church organizes life around worship, prayer, missions, ministry, relationships, and discipleship. Home groups create smaller communities, and age-specific ministries serve children, students, and college students in a town shaped by two universities. Members can volunteer locally, support multiple mission partners, and connect through mentoring or teaching. Children's ministry combines Sunday learning with a safe environment and resources for parents, while student and college programs address later transitions. The official website currently shows a Pine Street directory record but publishes 116 North 10th Street in its contact block, so first-time drivers should follow the church's current directions. Arriving by 9:15 provides classes and worship; 10:30 is appropriate for the main gathering alone.
