Caney Baptist Church

About this church

Caney Baptist Church in Bismarck gathers for Sunday worship at 10:50 a.m., with a livestream available through its YouTube channel. Student Sunday School for grades six through twelve runs from 9:45 to 10:45. Nursery care is available during classes and worship, and children ages three through kindergarten have their own safe teaching environment during the main service. Wednesday children's and student ministries meet from 6 to 7:40 p.m.; monitored drop-off and pickup for children use the drive-through awning.

Located at the intersection of Arkansas Highways 128 and 283, Caney builds its public identity around helping the community see Jesus' love “at the crossroads.” Music combines traditional hymns with modern songs and choruses, led by choir and other singers rather than restricted to one genre. The church fellowships with the American Baptist Association and describes itself as a local, self-governing Baptist congregation that baptizes believers by immersion and observes the Lord's Supper. Student ministry adds camps, small groups, mission trips, and conferences, while wider missions support church planting, international workers, foster and adoptive families, and advocates for children in care. Families can combine the 9:45 student class with worship or arrive for the 10:50 service; preschool arrangements begin during worship, while older children's Wednesday programming follows the separate evening schedule.
