City Church holds Sunday services at 8, 9:30, and 11 a.m. in Conway. The large parking lot is entered from Mitchell Street, where a parking team helps drivers find spaces. For major Easter and Christmas gatherings, overflow parking moves to Conway Junior High with a shuttle. Clothing ranges from dresses and slacks to jeans and T-shirts. Kid City operates during every service for children from birth through fifth grade, with age-appropriate teaching about Jesus and volunteers who have completed background checks and training. The church even publishes a worship playlist for guests who want to hear the music before arriving.

Student City meets Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m., combining a large gathering, small groups, and a monthly rhythm organized around spending time with Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and living as Jesus did. Adults form relationships through City Groups, Sisterhood, and Brotherhood. Mission partners address several different local needs: Camp Haven disciples children, shelters serve women and children in hardship, City of Hope Outreach develops holistic centers in under-resourced Central Arkansas communities, KLIFE disciples students in grades five through twelve, and Renewal Ranch responds to addiction. Other partners include Fellowship of Christian Athletes and church-planting work in northern Colorado.
