Altadena Seventh-day Adventist Church

About this church

Altadena Seventh-day Adventist Church gathers on Saturday, with Sabbath School at 10 a.m. and worship at 11:30. Sabbath School is available both in person and on Zoom, while the worship service is offered in person and online. The church also publishes two Wednesday prayer options: a dial-in midday meeting at noon and an online Hour of Power at 7 p.m. These formats give people a way to participate before making an in-person visit.

The church's current leadership notice says the congregation has continued its services and ministries under its board and leadership team while awaiting a new lead pastor, a season dating from November 2024. Its public leadership roster identifies work in music and worship planning, Sabbath School, children's ministry, women's ministry, community services, and worship multimedia. That range suggests a congregation whose weekly life extends beyond the main sermon into education, prayer, service, and music. Visitors should remember that the principal worship day is Saturday, consistent with Seventh-day Adventist practice. A practical first visit begins with Sabbath School at 10 and continues into the 11:30 service; anyone joining remotely can use the church's own links for the appropriate Zoom, dial-in, or online-worship connection.
