Atascadero Bible Church

About this church

Atascadero Bible Church is an evangelical Bible church in Atascadero, California, organized around biblical teaching, worship, community, and practical care. Its children’s ministry partners with parents to help infants through fifth-graders grow in faith, using age-specific services and Bible-based lessons in the Family Center. Middle- and high-school students have separate youth groups, while adults can find Bible studies, prayer, and support. Care ministries include GriefShare for people mourning a death and a class for those navigating separation or divorce, reflecting the church’s emphasis on facing difficult seasons in community rather than alone.

Sunday gatherings begin with an acoustic service at 8:00 a.m., followed by services at 9:00 and 10:45. The campus is at 6225 Atascadero Avenue. First-time parents can complete a one-time preregistration before arriving, then check children in at the Family Center lobby and receive matching child and pickup tags. A prayer team is available near the front-right side of the stage during every Sunday service. GriefShare meets Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., while other care classes operate in sessions and require current-date confirmation. Visitors should use the church calendar to choose among seasonal studies and youth events.
