Judson Baptist Church

About this church

Judson Baptist Church in Carson offers a Fresh Start class for new members Sunday at 8:00 a.m. and worship at 9:00. Children's Church meets on the second, third, and fourth Sundays, while Speak Life Youth Ministry gathers on second and fourth Sundays. Contemporary worship, biblical preaching, music, liturgical dance, hospitality, and stewardship reflect the congregation's identity as a Bible-centered New Testament church.

Judson aims to equip, encourage, and send mature disciples into the community with the love of Christ. Ministries include interactive children's worship, Christian education, young adults, youth, music, food and fellowship, parking and security, and sign-language interpretation for Deaf and hard-of-hearing worshipers. The congregation moved to the former Avalon Village Baptist campus in 1983, gaining room for a Christian day school and shared Hispanic and Filipino ministries. Visitors can come directly to the 9:00 service, while people exploring membership can begin an hour earlier. Families should check the numbered-Sunday rotation for children's and youth programs.
