Valley Harvest Church

About this church

Valley Harvest Church is a Chowchilla congregation describing itself as a family growing through God’s Word, relationships, outreach, biblical worship, and service. One Sunday gathering brings adults, children, and students to the same campus. Harvest Kids uses creative, hands-on teaching and a secure sign-in and sign-out process, while Grafted Students combines food, games, a biblical message, discussion, and practical questions. Missions and worship ministry extend the church’s focus from personal formation to its community and beyond.

Sunday worship begins at 10:00 a.m. Children remain with their families for the first two songs and are then released to Harvest Kids; parents should arrive a few minutes early to sign them in at the Worship Center lobby. Students in grades six through twelve have a Sunday small group during the 10:00 service. Their main weekly gathering meets Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Grafted Youth Center, beginning with check-in, snacks or sandwiches, games, and informal time before teaching and discussion. Because youth and adult worship overlap Sunday morning, families with teenagers can choose the student small group while younger children follow the later dismissal into Harvest Kids.
