Faith Worship Community

About this church

Faith Worship Community is a Costa Mesa church whose current public calendar describes Sunday gatherings in homes rather than at a fixed chapel. The smaller setting is intended to support intimate worship, honest conversation, hospitality, friendship, and shared life. Prayer, music, Scripture, children, Communion, community service, and mission partnerships give the congregation a participatory rhythm.

Worship and service run Sunday from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m., but the location is provided by direct contact. The gathering includes praise in song, tithes and offerings, passing the peace, and teaching from Scripture, with different weeks emphasizing Communion, service, prayer, and other acts of worship. Children are welcome to stay with family throughout, and Children’s Church is offered during the message. The church also describes periodic Sundays spent serving at a food bank, providing meals for a shelter, and distributing vegetables and milk. Public pages do not specify dress, parking, accessibility, nursery care, child check-in, volunteer screening, livestreaming, or exactly how often Communion occurs. The directory’s Joann Street address should not be treated as the current Sunday venue; visitors need to contact the congregation for that week’s home location.
