Holy Trinity Parish

About this church

Holy Trinity Parish is a Catholic community of more than 1,500 families in El Dorado Hills, founded in 1992 by about 600 people who initially had no land or church building. Its purpose is to proclaim the Gospel and form missionary disciples committed to hospitality, prayer, formation, and service. Daily Mass is celebrated Monday through Saturday at 8:15 a.m. The Saturday vigil is at 5 p.m. with a contemporary band; Sunday Mass is at 7:30, 9, and 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., with different combinations of cantor, piano, choir, and contemporary band.

Saturday Reconciliation runs 3:30–4:45 p.m. or by appointment. Thursday Adoration follows morning Mass from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., then Benediction continues until 6. The parish offers children’s programs during Sunday Mass, school and children’s faith formation, adult study, sacramental preparation, and OCIA for adults, youth, and children exploring Catholicism. Formation for Penance, Eucharist, and Confirmation intentionally connects home, classroom, and parish life. A Welcome Information Center helps newcomers register after Mass. Complimentary coffee and donuts after Sunday morning Mass are a long-running Holy Trinity tradition, with the parish reporting more than 20,000 served annually. The official pages do not specify dress, parking, accessibility, service length, or Communion guidance for non-Catholic visitors.
