The Foundry Community Church

About this church

The Foundry Community Church in Escondido is a Free Methodist congregation whose mission is to reflect Jesus in the community, embrace all people, and make disciples. Its Sunday gathering brings children into worship with the congregation; except on the first Sunday of the month, children ages three through ten are dismissed during the sermon for age-relevant teaching. Visitors should confirm the current gathering hour on the Weekend Gatherings page.

Children and youth meet again Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. for games, relationships, Bible teaching, and discussion. Life Groups build deeper fellowship, while men's, women's, recovery, food-pantry, local outreach, and global mission ministries connect faith with practical support. Recovery meetings are offered on several days, and the food pantry serves neighbors during published Tuesday-through-Thursday windows. The Foundry's Wesleyan identity is paired with an emphasis on inclusive community and healthy relationships. A first-time household can join the whole family in worship, then follow the dismissal guidance for children; check the live calendar because groups and seasonal breaks change throughout the year.
