Granada Hills Baptist Church

About this church

Granada Hills Baptist Church has served its Los Angeles neighborhood since 1954 with a mission to lead people to God through Jesus, share Christ, meet community needs, and take faithful risks. Its Sunday gathering is described as vibrant, meaningful, intergenerational, and oriented toward transformation and renewal. Bible study, online and recorded worship, children’s Zoom resources, prayer, and community outreach connect people beyond the sanctuary.

The current homepage, worship page, and news page all place Sunday worship at 10:15 a.m., both in person on Zelzah Avenue and by livestream on Facebook or YouTube. Wednesday Bible study meets at 7:00 p.m. through Zoom. An older contact-page schedule still lists Sunday services at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. and evening worship at 6:00, but the repeated current-site notices use one 10:15 service; first-time visitors should follow 10:15 and confirm around special seasons. Recent sermon audio and on-demand worship are available for previewing the church’s teaching. GHBC Kids is presented as a Zoom ministry, but the public page does not expose a current recurring hour in its text, so parents should request the active link and schedule rather than assume it coincides with Sunday worship. Office hours run Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., distinct from worship and online-study hours.
