Koinonia Church

About this church

Koinonia Church's Hanford campus holds Sunday services at 8:15, 10, and 11:45 a.m. at 12536 Hanford-Armona Road. A Spanish-language service begins at 2 p.m., and the 10 a.m. gathering is streamed online. Children's and preteen programming is available during all three English services, giving families flexibility while keeping the Spanish gathering distinct. The church's homepage is the authoritative schedule; an older student-ministry page still displays former Sunday hours, so visitors should not substitute those outdated times for the current 8:15, 10, and 11:45 schedule.

Koinonia describes its aim as helping people know Jesus, grow in community, and live with purpose. IMPACT Student Ministry gathers middle- and high-school students Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. for worship, teaching, small groups, and relationships. JOURNEYgroups create smaller adult and family communities, while Freedom Ministries addresses spiritual and personal struggles through structured support. Mission and outreach work gives the congregation ways to serve locally and participate beyond Kings County. Newcomers can use the Start page to learn about connection, baptism, membership, and serving rather than trying to navigate every ministry at once. Parents bringing children should leave time for check-in, while Spanish-speaking guests can plan specifically for 2 p.m. Anyone evaluating the church online can begin with the current 10 a.m. stream.
