Hillside Community Church

About this church

Hillside Community Church gathers at 5354 Haven Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, offering Sunday services at 8:30 and 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 5 p.m. The first three are also streamed, while the evening gathering is in person and followed by dinner. American Sign Language interpretation is available in the Worship Center at 10. Hillside describes its setting as casual and welcoming to people with real problems and questions, with band-led worship and transformational, Scripture-based teaching. First-time and accessible parking are on campus; guests can also park at Chaffey College and take the courtesy shuttle.

Kids programming for infants through fifth grade runs during every Sunday gathering, with first-time families encouraged to arrive early for check-in. Children encounter creative Bible teaching, active music, small-group discussion, and hands-on activities. Adults can begin with the three-week Next Steps introduction or explore Rooted, community groups, Alpha conversations, care groups, and service teams. The church traces its start to 1979, when families from Pomona First Baptist began meeting at Chaffey College, and it continues to emphasize spiritual formation, local compassion, reconciliation, and the next generation.
