Peninsula Community Church

About this church

Peninsula Community Church is a Rancho Palos Verdes congregation connecting people to Jesus through worship, discipleship, and service. Its mission moves from faith in Christ to membership in his family, maturity, ministry, and a life of purpose. Children, students, missions, and online worship help different generations participate. Despite its relatively small size, the church has sustained an extensive Uganda partnership; its 2026 Bombo project is the congregation’s sixteenth rural medical clinic near Kampala.

Sunday worship begins at 10:30 a.m. both in person and online. Kids on Sunday serves ages three months through fifth grade at the same hour in the Education Building west of the worship center, where dedicated volunteers provide age-sensitive care and teaching. The student page lists a gathering for the third Sunday of each month from 10:30 to 11:30, so teenagers and parents should distinguish that monthly rhythm from the weekly children’s program. Mission travel and medical-clinic work require separate preparation and registration rather than following the ordinary Sunday calendar. First-time families can arrive for one shared start time, then direct children toward the Education Building while adults enter the worship center.
