Life Way Fellowship

About this church

Life Way Fellowship in Santa Maria gathers for in-person and online worship Sundays at 11:00 a.m. A typical service lasts about 90 minutes and uses contemporary Christian music, with child care and activities for multiple ages. Children and students meet for classes at 9:30. The church’s child-safety process is especially detailed: staff and volunteers are fingerprinted, live-scanned, and trained; computerized check-in matches each child with the correct adult at pickup; emergency procedures are posted; and families provide a mobile number in case they are needed during worship.

Men gather Tuesdays for fellowship, dinner at 5:45 p.m., and Bible study from 6:30 to 8:00. Outreach includes feeding people experiencing homelessness on the third Saturday, backpack assistance, work addressing human trafficking, and international partnerships. Life Way also connects with the North American Mission Board for church planting, revitalization, and disaster relief. These specifics create a useful picture for prospective visitors: Sunday learning precedes a longer contemporary service, online participation is available, parents receive clear security information, and regular service projects connect the congregation with both immediate needs in Santa Maria and mission work farther afield.
