Simi Valley United Methodist Church

About this church

Simi Valley United Methodist Church worships at 10:00 a.m. Sundays in person and by livestream. Services bring together prayer, preaching, inspiring music, and a children's message in an intergenerational congregation that welcomes people from varied backgrounds and stages of faith. Nursery care is available, and the church offers year-round opportunities for children through worship, Sunday School, music, camp, and other activities.

Pre-K through fifth-grade children begin the first 15 minutes of worship with their families, then gather in the Fireside Room for praise before dividing into age-appropriate lessons and activities. Adult and children's choirs, handbells, instruments, and concerts make music a significant part of church life. The congregation states its mission as embodying Jesus' teaching through worship, study, prayer, spiritual growth, and understanding, with community events and group activities extending relationships beyond Sunday. Families should arrive before 10:00 to locate the education buildings and confirm nursery or class placement before entering the main service.
