Grace Episcopal Church

About this church

Grace Episcopal Church is a St. Helena parish that describes itself as a community of prayer for people seeking a deeper understanding and expression of God’s love. Its welcome makes room for permanent members, travelers through Napa Valley, online worshipers, and people seeking quiet, healing, learning, or service. Ancient Christian rhythms, Scripture, music, prayer, children and youth, community engagement, and a flexible gathering venue shape life around its sanctuary.

Grace currently gathers for one summer Holy Eucharist Sunday at 9:00 a.m., both in person and by livestream. Because another line on the worship page still refers to a 10:00 Rite II stream outside the summer pattern, visitors after summer should confirm the renewed schedule rather than carrying the 9:00 time into a later season. Contemplative Morning Prayer meets Thursday from 7:00 to 7:45 in the sanctuary, offering a simple service of Scripture, prayer, confession, silence, and reflection. Recorded sermons and worship materials remain available online. Children and young people are included in the parish’s spiritual life, while the welcome language explicitly invites visitors wherever they are on their journey. Guests coming for a weekday prayer service, Spanish-language ministry, or a one-time community event should consult the relevant page or calendar because those offerings do not necessarily follow the Sunday schedule.
