Mission Church

About this church

Mission Church offers four Sunday service times—9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., noon, and 6:00 p.m.—at 5353 Walker Street in Ventura, with the same schedule available online. The congregation emphasizes hope through Jesus for people of varied backgrounds, languages, experiences, and political perspectives. A dedicated “new here” page gives guests the schedule, while the church app provides messages, events, prayer requests, and other ways to stay connected between visits.

Mission Kids meets during every Sunday service. Early-childhood rooms use worship, Bible stories, and age-appropriate activities, and a nursing room near the restrooms includes seating, a changing table, and a service livestream. The church also offers one-to-one support from trained volunteers for children with intellectual or physical disabilities when arranged in advance. Students in grades six through twelve gather Thursday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. These details make the church particularly easy for families to evaluate: four identical Sunday time choices, corresponding children’s environments, support for additional needs, and an onsite nursing space. Check the official new-here page for any schedule changes before attending.
