Bookcliff Baptist Church

About this church

Bookcliff Baptist Church in Grand Junction begins Sundays with Bible studies at 9:00 a.m., followed by worship at 10:15 in person and online. An Awana children’s and youth program is listed at 5:00 p.m. The morning service blends classic hymns with contemporary songs: a choir helps lead worship, and a praise band adds a more modern sound. Choir rehearsal takes place Wednesdays at 7:10 p.m. after prayer meeting and welcomes all ages, giving musically inclined newcomers a clear route into participation.

Sunday Bible studies are designed around community as well as instruction, with the church encouraging people to find a group where they can become known. Youth also meet for Thursday Bible study at 6:30 p.m. Beyond the campus, members bring hymns and music to assisted-living residents in Grand Junction. These details make Bookcliff more specific than a generic Baptist listing: it combines a pre-service study hour, mixed musical vocabulary, livestream access, Sunday-evening Awana, and a weekday youth gathering. Families should confirm the active Awana season, while first-time adults can choose worship alone or begin at 9:00 with a group.
