Zion Lutheran Church

About this church

Zion Lutheran Church is an Evangelical Lutheran Church in America congregation in Loveland whose mission is to share God’s abundance and transform lives through Jesus’ love. Its welcome explicitly includes people across race, national origin, immigration status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, ability, sex, and station in life. Worship, faith formation, choirs, community partnerships, care, fellowship, and prayer-shawl ministry shape its congregational life.

The current summer page lists outdoor traditional worship Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and outdoor contemporary worship at 10:30, with Zoom participation available. It also lists a 10:30 indoor Brunch Church called The Table from June through November, overlapping the contemporary hour, so visitors should confirm which 10:30 gathering is operating. September-through-May indoor worship is listed at 8:15 a.m. traditional and 10:45 contemporary, with all-ages faith formation at 9:30. Comfortable clothing is encouraged. Traditional services draw on chancel choir and monthly handbells; contemporary worship uses a praise band, and children’s choir participates monthly in both styles. Public pages do not specify service length, parking, accessible entrances or restrooms, nursery care, children’s classroom ages, check-in, secure pickup, volunteer screening, Communion frequency or eligibility, or whether Zoom carries every seasonal service.
