Saint Luke's Parish in Darien centers Sundays on Holy Eucharist. Outside the summer schedule, a simple 8 a.m. service with sermon and hymns lasts about 45 minutes; the 10 a.m. intergenerational Eucharist adds Parish Choir and congregational hymns and runs about an hour. The all-ages 5 p.m. Come As You Are service blends Episcopal liturgy, contemporary band music, and preaching in the Anderson Youth & Community Center. Summer brings Eucharist at 8 and 10 a.m., both livestreamed, while the 5 p.m. service pauses until September 13. Weekday offerings include Morning Prayer and a Wednesday 10 a.m. Eucharist with healing.

Children may stay in any service. Most school-year Sundays, Children's Chapel joins the first half of the 10 a.m. liturgy before children return for Communion; nursery care for birth through 36 months runs 7:45–11:15 a.m., and Discovery Hour meets 9–10 a.m. All baptized Christians may receive Communion, with gluten-free wafers and nonalcoholic options available; others may request a blessing. Dress ranges from athletic wear to church clothes. The campus is at Post Road and Rings End Road, with rear parking, accessible spaces in the upper lot, and a CT Transit stop out front. A service leaflet supplies the liturgy, and coffee and conversation follow both summer services.
