Cocoa First Assembly

About this church

Cocoa First Assembly opens Bible Engagement at 9:30 a.m., then gathers for livestreamed worship at 10:30 Sunday at 3757 North Cocoa Boulevard. The Assemblies of God congregation describes itself as a place of hope, belonging, practical encouragement, Spirit-led worship, biblical discipleship, and service. Its weekly calendar also includes adult Bible study and prayer, Royal Rangers for boys, and Girls Ministries at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, plus men's and women's Bible studies at 6:30 Monday.

Nursery care opens at 9:30 and remains available through worship. Children begin the 10:30 service with adults and are then dismissed: four- and five-year-olds meet in a junior classroom, and ages six through twelve gather in the Family Life Center. Youth in grades six through twelve meet at 6 p.m. Sunday for games, food, relevant Bible teaching, trips, camps, and events. Cocoa First Assembly began more than sixty years ago as a sidewalk Sunday school for local children, moved through several Cocoa locations, and has occupied its U.S. 1 property since 1986. It now supports more than fifty missionary families across multiple continents. Families should arrive before 9:30 for education and nursery or shortly before 10:30 for worship-only check-in.
