The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Coconut Creek

About this church

Coconut Creek, Florida has just one meetinghouse of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the directory, at 3201 N Lyons Rd; the nearest other building is in Coral Springs, close to five miles away, and its entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating are all wheelchair accessible.

Boca Rio Ward meets at 9 a.m. and Lyons Ward at 10:30 a.m., each taking a two-hour block that opens with sacrament meeting — hymns, prayers, the sacrament of bread and water, and talks from Coconut Creek ward members — before the second hour turns to classes, Primary included for children. There's no charge to attend either service, and no collection plate circulates. Dress ranges from Sunday best to something more casual among attendees. Since two wards share this Coconut Creek building, a quick call ahead of a first visit helps confirm which time still applies.
