North Central Baptist Church

About this church

North Central Baptist Church begins Sunday Life Groups at 9:30 a.m. and worship at 10:45 in Gainesville, with online participation available. Wednesdays start with dinner at 5:00, followed by children and youth programming at 6:00. The coordinated midweek schedule helps households share a meal before moving into age-focused settings rather than arranging separate trips across the week.

Children’s ministry includes AWANA, where teaching cards, music, activities, guidebooks, and take-home resources connect church learning with family practice. Volunteers serve across children’s programs, worship, technology, and other ministries, giving people with different skills a direct route into participation. North Central describes itself as a community of believers and treats volunteer service as part of its growing congregational life. A first-time guest can arrive before 9:30 for a Life Group or shortly before 10:45 for worship. Wednesday families should confirm meal details and allow enough time to eat before youth and children begin at 6:00.
