Church in the Palms

About this church

Church in the Palms worships at 10 a.m. Sunday at 3812 South Jog Road in Greenacres, near Lake Worth Beach. The service lasts about 75 minutes and includes contemporary music, prayer, and a practical message from the Bible. Clothing ranges from jeans and T-shirts to business attire. Free parking is available on site, with accessible spaces close to the entrance, and the building is wheelchair accessible. Friendly greeters help newcomers locate worship and children's check-in.

Sonshine Island serves children from birth through fifth grade during the Sunday service. It uses a secure check-in system, background-checked and trained volunteers, a two-adult policy, and security in the children's wing. Lessons combine Bible teaching, games, crafts, music, and age-specific activities. Middle- and high-school students meet from noon to 1:30 p.m. Sunday for worship, games, teaching, and small-group discussion. LifeGroups meet in homes, at the church, and online across the week, providing deeper relationships and prayer. The church's guiding language is loving God, loving others, and living that love through service. A family can attend worship, keep children in Sonshine Island, and remain for the student gathering if age appropriate, making Sunday a complete first connection.
