First Baptist Church of Leesburg Downtown

About this church

First Baptist Church of Leesburg Downtown is the historic central campus of a multisite Baptist congregation whose vision is to be a light to the community and a launching pad to the nations. Three Sunday services, Connect Groups, student ministry, missions, and community programs give people multiple routes into worship, biblical learning, relationships, and service. Selecting the Downtown campus matters because other First Leesburg locations publish different schedules.

Downtown Sunday services begin at 8:30, 9:45, and 11:00 a.m. Youth in grades six through twelve meet Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to noon in The Loft for breakfast, large-group Bible study, and age- and gender-based Connect Groups. Their Wednesday gathering runs from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in The Loft, except on the first Wednesday when all campuses attend prayer in the Downtown sanctuary at 6:00. The church website also displays service and youth times for Village Park, South, and Citrus campuses; visitors should keep Downtown selected when planning for the North 13th Street address. Sermons and the beliefs page provide a preview of teaching, while the Plan a Visit tool supplies current campus-specific details.
