The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Lehigh Acres

About this church

Lehigh Acres, Florida's meetinghouse of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints sits at 315 Richmond Avenue North, the only one in the city; the next-closest is about 15 miles away, in Fort Myers. A wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, restroom, and seating make the building easy to visit.

The Lehigh Ward meets at 10 a.m., and the Spanish-speaking Bella Vista Branch follows at 12:15 p.m. Expect roughly an hour of hymns, prayers, the sacrament, and talks given by congregation members, with a second hour of classes afterward, Primary included for the younger children. Visitors are welcome and owe nothing; there is no collection plate passed. A quick call before that first Sunday is worthwhile, given that these hours are locally set and can be revised.
