River Run Christian Church

About this church

River Run Christian Church gathers Sundays at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. in Melbourne, with a livestream available online. Children and youth meet during the 9:30 service only, an important distinction for families choosing between otherwise shared worship hours. Adult Bible Study classes are available during both services in the Education Building.

The independent Christian congregation traces its heritage to the Restoration Movement, emphasizing biblical authority, Christian unity, weekly Communion, and believer’s baptism by immersion. Adult classes range from books of the Bible to practical life topics, while middle- and high-school students also meet Wednesdays from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A first-time family needing child or youth programming should choose 9:30 and arrive early for check-in. Adults can select a Bible class at either hour, and online visitors can use the current stream. Guests unfamiliar with weekly Communion or immersion can review the beliefs page before attending.
