Church in the Glades

About this church

Church in the Glades gathers for worship at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays at the Sunset Lakes Community Center in Miramar, with online participation also available. Complimentary refreshments are served before worship, giving first-time visitors a casual opportunity to meet people before the service starts. The congregation describes itself as a multicultural community of friends and families who love Jesus and one another, with Bible-based preaching, fellowship, and service shaping its shared life.

Children begin Sunday with the congregation for praise, then move to classes using Bible-centered lessons, hands-on activities, and games. Teachers are trained, interviewed, and background-checked. Teenagers in grades seven through twelve also join praise before a tailored Bible discussion, with fourth-Saturday fellowship and service in shelters, foster homes, and pregnancy-support outreach. Because the church meets in a community-center setting rather than a traditional church building, use the exact Sunset Lakes address and allow time to identify the worship entrance. Check current online links and children’s arrangements before attending.
