The Cathedral Church of St. Luke offers three Episcopal Eucharists each Sunday in downtown Orlando. The 8 a.m. Rite I service uses traditional language, pipe organ, and no incense. At 10:15 a.m., Rite II uses contemporary language, incense, organ, instruments, the Cathedral Choir, and Choristers; it is also livestreamed and includes nursery and Children's Church. The 6 p.m. Rite II service uses guitar and piano without incense. Dean's Hour begins at 9 a.m., and a midday Eucharist is celebrated Wednesday at 12:05 p.m. Sunday parking is available in nearby street spaces, a surface lot, and the Regions Bank garage with the church's exit voucher.

St. Luke's is the cathedral, or mother church, of the Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida and maintains ties with the worldwide Anglican Communion. Its mission is to experience, embody, and extend God's love in Jesus through ancient worship, community, formation, and service. The congregation's Orlando roots reach to the nineteenth century, while the present Gothic Revival form was completed and dedicated in 1987. Children from infancy through fourth grade may join nursery, Sunday School, or Children's Church, and Cathedral Teens gathers students in sixth through twelfth grade Sunday afternoons from 4 to 5:45. Visitors can select among clearly different liturgical styles. Families seeking the fullest children's and music programming will find it at 10:15, while those preferring traditional language may choose 8 a.m.
