Epiphany Cathedral’s regular schedule includes weekday Mass at 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, with an additional Friday Mass at 12:15, and Saturday Mass at 8:30. Saturday vigil liturgies begin at 3 and 4:30 p.m., followed by Spanish Mass at 6. Sunday English Masses are at 7:30, 9, and 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.; Polish Mass begins at 12:30. Holy-day schedules are published separately. During the cathedral’s current building work, the Mass-times page says liturgies are held in the Parish Center. Facebook and YouTube livestream links allow remote participation.

As the mother church of the Diocese of Venice, Epiphany hosts diocesan liturgies while supporting more than eighty active ministries. Formation includes kindergarten through eighth grade, middle- and high-school youth, adult initiation and enrichment, sacramental preparation, and volunteer safe-environment processes. Community ministries encompass bereavement, addiction-recovery groups, a food pantry, pregnancy support, veterans, prayer, and St. Vincent de Paul service. Through Family Promise of South Sarasota County, parish volunteers help families with children experiencing temporary homelessness by preparing meals, hosting overnight, setting up bedding, and supporting activities while a day center works toward self-sufficiency.
