Trinity Baptist Church

About this church

Trinity Baptist Church gathers at 122 Franklin Road in Newnan. Sunday school for all ages begins at 10 a.m., morning worship at 11, and evening worship at 6; Wednesday prayer meeting begins at 7 p.m. The Sunday service combines praise and preaching from Scripture, while the evening offers additional fellowship and teaching. Nursery care is available during Sunday school, and age-specific children's programs run alongside morning and Wednesday gatherings. Kids ages three through five receive a lesson, games, and snack; ages six through thirteen learn Scripture and prayer in their own class.

Teenagers have a Wednesday lesson plus a youth gathering every other Friday at 7 p.m. that blends games, singing, prayer, and teaching. Trinity's outreach includes monthly Saturday visitation in the surrounding community and care visits to sick or older members. Depending on conditions, teams may invite neighbors at local gathering places or share public messages of Christian encouragement. Vacation Bible School and Operation Christmas Child add seasonal opportunities, while youth fundraisers and service projects help students participate rather than remain spectators. The congregation describes itself as a varied group—some members long established and others new—united by a warm spirit of worship, service, and the desire to be a visible light for Jesus in Newnan.
