Anchor of Hope Baptist Church

About this church

Anchor of Hope Baptist Church in Rossville begins Sunday School at 9:30 a.m., morning worship at 10:30, choir practice at 4:00 p.m., and evening service at 5:00. The congregation presents itself as a diverse church family where people can worship, learn, and find a ministry suited to their gifts. Choir, congregational music, preaching, and fellowship shape the Sunday rhythm.

Nursery care for newborns through age three is available during Sunday School and morning worship. School-age children may attend Children’s Church after the offering, while Kids for Christ and Ignite Youth meet Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. with games, snacks, songs, worship, and age-focused teaching. A first-time family should arrive before 9:30 or 10:30 and ask about nursery security and the timing of children’s dismissal. Adults interested in music can note the 4:00 rehearsal before evening worship. Because Wednesday programs, children’s activities, and special services may follow school and holiday calendars, confirm the intended date through current church announcements.
