Grangeville's only Latter-day Saint meetinghouse sits at 403 N Boulevard St, some nineteen miles from the nearest other building in Kamiah, and it offers an assistive hearing loop along with wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking, restroom, and seating. Two wards divide the Sunday schedule: Grangeville 1st Ward meets at 9 a.m. and Grangeville 2nd Ward follows at 12 p.m., with the building open from 9 until 2.

Each congregation keeps its own hour-long sacrament meeting, made up of hymns, prayers, the sacrament of bread and water, and talks from members, followed by a second hour of classes, Primary included for the youngest attendees.
