New Hope Christian Church

About this church

New Hope Christian Church offers three Sunday-morning choices at 10186 Bridgeport Road: a traditional service at 8 a.m. and contemporary services at 9:30 and 11. The 9:30 gathering is also streamed. The traditional hour features hymns with piano and organ and Communion passed through the pews; the contemporary services use a worship band and invite people forward for Communion. Across the schedule, guests can expect music, prayer, weekly Communion, and Bible-centered teaching, with casual attendance welcomed rather than a prescribed dress code.

Nursery care for children through age two is available during all three services. At 9:30 and 11, age-specific programs serve prekindergarten through fifth grade, including a sensory-friendly alternative room that follows the younger children's lesson. Sunday evening adds a 6 p.m. service with hymns, prayer, and deeper Scripture study. Students in grades six through twelve meet nearby in the Youth House from 6 to 8 p.m., with optional prayer beginning at 5:30. The church also operates a food pantry and supports local and international mission partners. For a first Sunday, allow extra time at the children's welcome area; the church's news and events pages are the best places to spot seasonal changes affecting youth or groups.
