About this church

The meetinghouse at 4800 Kennedy Dr in East Moline, Illinois belongs to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; the nearest other building the directory lists is about 12 miles away, in Davenport; its entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating are all wheelchair accessible.

River Bend Ward meets at 9 a.m., the Spanish-speaking Quad Cities Branch at 11 a.m., and Twin Bridges Ward at 12:30 p.m. River Bend Ward's sacrament meeting, like the two that follow, runs about an hour, with hymns, prayers, the sacrament of bread and water, and talks from members, followed by a second hour of classes. Attending River Bend Ward, Quad Cities Branch or Twin Bridges Ward is free, with no collection plate passed. Since schedules in East Moline are set locally and can shift from year to year, a short call ahead of a first visit is sensible.
