About this church
Living Hope Church meets at 405 West State Street in North Aurora. Sunday School begins at 9 a.m. and worship at 10:30, with a nursery for infants and toddlers. Adult classes, elementary lessons, and middle- and high-school study all use the first hour, allowing households to learn in parallel before worship. For younger children, Sunday School separates nursery, preschool, and elementary ages; worship-hour care and children's options are detailed separately by the church. The congregation's ministries emphasize biblical teaching, prayer, music, and helping each age group follow Jesus through changing stages of life.
Students in grades six through twelve meet on Wednesday evenings in a group of roughly 15 to 20. The monthly pattern begins with a friend-friendly game night and gospel video, then moves through Bible study and discussion on later Wednesdays. For elementary children, AWANA meets Sunday from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. between September and May. Its three-part evening combines singing and a Bible story, games, and small-group handbook work, with curricula that progress from early Bible knowledge into Christian doctrine and daily practice. Families should check the ministry calendar around summer, when AWANA pauses and other camps or activities may replace the regular rhythm.
