Bible Baptist Church

About this church

Bible Baptist Church of Romeoville is a Baptist congregation at 301 West Normantown Road. BBC Kids Sunday School begins at 9:15 a.m., followed by worship at 10:30 in person and on YouTube. The service normally combines congregational singing with Bible teaching and is intended to help people worship God “in spirit and in truth.” Guests are encouraged to arrive about 20 minutes early for parking and seating. Clothing ranges from Sunday best to casual wear, and the visitor guide makes clear that the church is more concerned with welcoming people than with enforcing a dress standard.

The congregation describes itself as a community that proclaims the good news of Jesus, follows him as Lord, makes disciples, and reflects Christ to the surrounding world through the Holy Spirit and authoritative Scripture. Children's ministry serves kindergarten through fifth grade on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., and teenagers in grades six through twelve meet at the same time. The events calendar also carries the weekly adult Bible study and date-specific programs. Families can therefore begin with children's Sunday School and worship, then use Wednesday as a coordinated midweek option across age groups. Visitors should check the calendar for holidays, but the 10:30 Sunday service is clearly and consistently published.
