Holy Trinity Catholic Church

About this church

Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Westmont celebrates Sunday Mass at 7, 9, and 11 a.m., preceded by a 4 p.m. Saturday Vigil. Daily Mass is offered Monday through Saturday at 8 a.m.; during the school year, Friday morning Mass begins at 8:15. Saturday confessions run from 2:30 to 3:45 p.m. The Sacred Heart Eucharistic Adoration Chapel is open to the public daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., giving commuters and visitors another way to pray outside the Mass schedule. Holy Days normally include 8 a.m., noon, and 7 p.m. Masses on weekdays.

The parish campus includes the church on South Cass Avenue, a school on South Linden Avenue, and a separate commuter parking lot close to the Metra tracks. Ministry opportunities range from liturgical service and parish organizations to family-centered faith formation for kindergarten through eighth grade. That program combines Catholic teaching, the sacraments and liturgy, peace, and social justice, with parents and children invited to participate together. The church is also completing a parish-center campaign intended to create more room for fellowship, ministry, and spiritual growth. First-time visitors should distinguish normal worship parking from the fee-based commuter program and use the church address for Mass. Anyone visiting for Friday daily Mass should verify whether the school-year 8:15 start applies.
