Annunciation Catholic Church

About this church

Annunciation Catholic Church in Evansville worships across its Christ the King and Holy Spirit campuses. The directory address on Chandler Avenue is the Christ the King campus, where Sunday Masses are offered at 6:00, 7:30, and 11:00 a.m.; the 11:00 Mass is livestreamed. Holy Spirit hosts the Saturday vigil at 4:00 p.m., Sunday Mass at 9:00, and a Creole Mass at 11:00. Weekday Masses rotate between the campuses.

The parish combines two historic Catholic communities and supports a shared school, sacramental preparation, music, and a broad range of liturgical and outreach ministries. Choir members alternate between the 9:00 and 11:00 Sunday Masses, while cantors or small groups commonly lead Saturday worship. Christ the King's history reaches to a church dedicated in 1942, and Holy Spirit developed from a later parish and school site. Because the schedule depends on campus, visitors should confirm the location as carefully as the hour. Holy days, school Masses, and reconciliation are best checked on the current parish calendar.
