Summit Evangelical Free Church

About this church

Summit Church in Alta holds matching worship celebrations at 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. Sundays, with the same contemporary-leaning music and message at both. Traditional elements also appear in the service. The congregation belongs to the Evangelical Free Church tradition and focuses on biblical teaching, worship, relationships, and helping people take practical steps in Christian faith and community.

Nursery care for infants and toddlers is available during both services in a clean, secure space, though children are also welcome to remain with their families. Summit Kids Worship serves children age four through fourth grade at both 8:30 and 10:00. The visitor page explains what to expect and helps households plan where to go on arrival, while ministry channels, groups, and events provide connections during the week. Families can choose either service without sacrificing the children's program, and newcomers with young children should arrive early for nursery registration. Because both gatherings carry the same teaching, the decision is mainly one of schedule rather than content.
