First Baptist Church

About this church

First Baptist Church of Burlington begins Sundays with Sunday School at 9:15 a.m. and worship at 10:30, with Facebook Live starting around 10:20. A Sunday evening Bible study meets at 6:00. Wednesday prayer is available at 6:00 in person and on Facebook, although a separate prayer page lists a 7:00 corporate prayer time; visitors should confirm the current hour with the church. Edited sermon videos remain online after full-service recordings are removed for music copyright reasons.

TeamKids serves ages three through sixth grade on Wednesdays, beginning with supper at 5:30 and activities at 6:00. The program includes games and Bible teaching. C.R.E.W.—Christians Ready, Equipped and Willing—serves youth, while Super Summer offers a five-day evangelism and discipleship camp for students who have completed grades six through twelve. Vacation Bible School, women’s discipleship, and other ministry areas broaden participation for preschoolers through high-school students. For a family in Burlington, the church provides a complete weekly rhythm of Sunday education and worship, evening Bible study, midweek children’s supper and classes, prayer, livestream access, and a defined youth-camp pathway.
