Manhattan Church of the Nazarene offers worship and Connect Groups at both 9:30 and 11 a.m. Sunday. Services include music, prayer, preaching, and Communion on the first Sunday. Nursery and preschool care for birth through age four is available all morning. Kindergarten through fifth-grade children check in from 9:15, attend age-based Sunday School at 9:30, rejoin families for worship at 10:30, and return to the Kids Area for a lesson around 11:15; on Communion Sundays they remain in worship. Wednesday dinner begins at 5:45 and Connect Groups at 6:30, outside the summer pause.

The congregation's mission is to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly through worship, relationships, and service. A Starting Point class introduces the church's values, groups, and volunteer opportunities. Children can also join Bible quizzing during the school year, and ministry volunteers are vetted through denominational safety procedures. Local care includes a Kids' Closet where families can obtain gently used clothing, shoes, and coats. Through Nazarene Compassionate Ministries, the church supports food, water, shelter, education, anti-trafficking work, and children overseas.
