Christ Global Methodist Church

About this church

Christ Global Methodist Church is a Bowling Green congregation offering distinct traditional and contemporary services with the same sermon at each. The sanctuary service follows a classic Methodist pattern with hymns, choir, the Apostles’ Creed, and the Lord’s Prayer. The later Family Life Center gathering uses a band and a more informal style. Both are shaped by Scripture, prayer, and the church’s Global Methodist identity.

Traditional worship begins Sunday at 8:45 a.m. and normally lasts about an hour. Contemporary worship begins at 11:00 and usually lasts seventy to seventy-five minutes; that service is also livestreamed. Communion is normally celebrated on the first Sunday of the month. Sunday School for children ages three through fifth grade meets from 10:00 to 11:00. During the 11:00 service, children ages three through second grade may attend ROCK after the children’s moment, and nursery care is available during services and Sunday School. Wednesday children’s programming meets from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Guests can choose by worship style without worrying that they will hear a different sermon.
