Glasgow Wesleyan Church

About this church

Glasgow Wesleyan Church is a Wesleyan Holiness congregation at 1008 Columbia Avenue in Glasgow. The current children's page confirms a 10:45 a.m. Sunday service, during which children age three through third grade are usually dismissed for KICKSTART, an age-specific program with music, a Bible lesson, and activities. Older archived bulletins list Sunday School at 9:45, evening worship at 5, and Wednesday programs beginning at 5:30, but those documents are several years old; visitors should treat 10:45 as the current published anchor and confirm the rest.

The church invests visibly in children and teenagers through KICKSTART and IGNITE Student Ministries. IGNITE divides Wednesday participants into age groups and opens with upbeat worship and a shared biblical theme. Youth also take part in retreats, mission trips, and community-outreach events under long-serving local leadership. Staff biographies show a ministry team with deep ties to the congregation rather than a recently assembled program. Missions, events, and calendar pages provide the latest date-specific information. Families seeking a smaller Wesleyan church will find a clearly identified Sunday children's option and a substantial midweek next-generation emphasis, with the caution that older online schedules should be verified before planning around them.
