Weekend worship at Immaculate Conception begins with Saturday Mass at 5 p.m.; Sunday celebrations follow at 8 and 10:30 a.m. Mass is also published for Tuesday through Friday; visitors should check the current daily hour on the parish calendar. Confession is available Thursday from 7:05 to 7:45 p.m., Saturday from 4 to 4:40 p.m., or by appointment. Eucharistic Adoration runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Families can pair Sunday worship with religious education: 2026–27 PREP classes meet from 9:10 to 10:10 a.m. for children from age four through high school.

The parish began as a mid-1800s mission for Irish railroad workers. Construction of a connected church and school on North Fifth Avenue started in 1950, and Immaculate Conception became a parish in 1962 with 65 families. The present complex, begun in 2002, includes a church seating 1,100; the congregation now describes a community of more than 3,000 people with Mass celebrated in English and Spanish. Its mission ties prayer and worship to formation, outreach, and service. Separate staff leaders support children and family ministry, youth ministry, and music and liturgy, while a youth representative has a place in parish leadership.
