New Zion Baptist Church

About this church

New Zion Baptist Church in Covington worships Sundays at 8:00 and 10:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The 10:30 and 6:00 services are available in the sanctuary, by drive-up audio, and online streaming. This range lets visitors choose an early in-person gathering, a later service with remote options, or evening worship. The congregation describes itself as a place to begin again, with heartfelt worship and passionate preaching aimed at making the gospel of Jesus known locally and across nations.

Children’s Bible Adventure and Youth Fusion meet Sundays at 5:00 p.m., leading into evening worship, while Wednesday prayer, adult choir, youth Bible study, and children’s mission groups gather at 7:00. Ministries span all ages, and service opportunities extend locally and globally. A first-time family should match children’s programming to the 6:00 service, allow time for check-in, and decide between sanctuary, drive-up, or stream. Current announcements should be checked because a busy multi-program schedule may shift for special events.
